Read the guidelines before you start practicing

We welcome you to arogyam yoga studio for your daily practice.

Kindly follow these instructions during online or offline yoga sessions.

1. Kindly keep your camera turn on during the session so the teacher can correct and rectify your posters to avoid any injuries.

2. Kindly save your name on your zoom ID or on your device so your teacher can call you with your name whenever any correction or guidelines are needed to convey.

3. Kindly keep your microphone on mute so that any surrounding sounds will not disturb others practice.

4. Kindly maintain sufficient distance between your camera and yoga mat, keep your device horizontal and make sure that your yoga mat is fully visible in your device.

5. Kindly deposit your fees in advance on time, there will be no extension for your holidays, or no refund will be initiated .

6. After you make the payment we will share with you the zoom link to join daily yoga sessions. Please do not share this link with anyone, link is valid for all day yoga sessions you can join in any batch in a day.

7. If some time you are not able to take any batch from the whole day, then you can ask for the recorded session by personally messaging to your teacher the recorded session link will be shared to you for your continues practice.

8. After you make payment you will be added to a daily practitioners WhatsApp group. In this group we put all the updates about the classes and also answers any query and questions of the clients .please do not send any other message or daily wishes in this group to avoid any disturbance to other members.

9. Kindly follow your teachers guidelines or commands. Do not attempt any posture or sequence beyond your strength or limit. The regular practice will lead to better postures and more strength and stamina. Especially for the beginners it is suggested to follow the number of repetitions as per the teachers advice.
